1. Reservation Terms

All villa bookings made on Villas of Nepal require a valid reservation check-in and check-out date selection. Reservations are confirmed upon successful payment verification or cash-on-arrival confirmation.

2. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to abide by each individual property’s house rules, maximum occupancy limits, and check-in/out policies (standard check-in 14:00 NPT, check-out 11:00 NPT).

3. Payments & Currency

All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and inclusive of taxes and cleaning fees specified during checkout.
